Honored and excited to welcome Joshua Russo to Atlantic Strategies Group LLC as our newest Vice President.
Josh is a former U.S. special operations leader and defense policy advisor with over two decades of military and national security experience across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Over the course of his distinguished service as a U.S. Marine and Army Special Forces officer, he built a proven record as a change leader, team builder, strategic thinker, and disruptive innovator.

In his new role, Josh will help align client value and capabilities with U.S. Government and allied operational requirements—strengthening our mission and impact.

From Le Bourget to the Hill: ASG Where Aerospace Meets Innovation

Atlantic Strategies Group LLC‘s CEO, Cece Siracuse, had the honor of attending the 2025 International Paris Air Show at Le Bourget—continuing a tradition of over a decade at the world’s premier gathering where the future of aerospace meets innovation.

From June 16–22, leaders across defense, government, and industry came together to explore the next frontier of airpower, security, and technology. As a woman-owned, client-focused firm, ASG found this year’s spotlight on Women in Aerospace especially powerful.

We were proud to connect with Senator Peter Welch (VT), Peter Holland of RTX, and so many others advancing priorities in national security, military healthcare, and the communities that power our defense mission.

Cece was especially excited to attend alongside her husband, Kraig Siracuse, founder of Hither Creek Strategies, LLC, continuing their shared lifelong commitment to driving results for clients at the intersection of policy and defense.
